Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly, bianually, or annually), depending on the plan selected. Payments are made in advance.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. If we decide to terminate the service, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription, prorated to the nearest month.
Late Payments: If we are unable to collect payment from you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Business Listings
Accuracy of Information: As a subscriber, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your business listing. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted information.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content, including text and images, that you submit to OwnedHere; however, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute the content on our platform.
Image Ownership: Any images you submit as part of your business listing must be owned by your business or you must have the appropriate rights to use and distribute the images. By providing these images, you warrant that you own the rights or have permission to use them, and you grant OwnedHere a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute these images on our platform.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or violates the rights of other users or third parties.
